Aisling and Tim
_
Aisling and Tim wanted a less traditional approach so to include a reflection of Tim’s Australian background. We used eucalyptus to bring the scents of Australia to this Irish wedding. The intertwining of the deep green eucalyptus with the pale Irish wild flowers joined together the two heritages in a creative and unique way.
"Jackie managed to create such a breath-taking wedding for us"
Tim, my husband is from Australia and one of his first memories on visiting Ireland was the green spaces and we both knew that flowers would play a huge role in our wedding. We spent hours looking at arrangements and coming up with ideas but what we really wanted was something a bit different, perhaps less traditional than the usual wedding options. Our prayers were answered when we found Jackie. She took every idea we had and gave them structure and completely translated what we wanted the church and reception to look like.
On arrival to the church my first memory was looking up the aisle and just seeing such a spread of colour of the most wonderful flower arrangements. Jackie had gone to such effort and the little details such as wrapping the lavender at the end of each pew in lace and incorporating eucalyptus for an Australian theme into our alter arrangements made the day even more special to us.
We will both never forget the way Jackie designed our reception area which included towering harvest type flowers in such beautiful pastels all placed in vintage bottles and jugs. So many guests commented on how wonderful they looked.
In essence Jackie managed to create such a breath-taking wedding for us and we couldn't recommend her highly enough.
